Improve your Majestic TF and CF through placements that match your topical trust flow

Built for agencies that have to defend every line of the invoice.

We work with a shortlist of publishers rather than a marketplace. That means we say no to a lot of requests, and it means the sites we do work with keep their standards intact. A link only matters if the page around it matters, so the page around it is where we spend our attention.

Step by step

  1. Re-check on a schedulePlacements are revisited long after they are invoiced. A link that vanishes in month four is our problem to raise, not yours to discover.
  2. Pitch, not blastEach publisher gets an individual approach about a specific idea. This is the slow part and it is the part that decides whether the placement is any good.
  3. Place in contextYour link goes where a reader would reasonably follow it, surrounded by text that makes the reference make sense. Position inside the article is negotiated, not left to chance.
  4. Agree the shortlistYou see every publisher before we approach them, with the reasoning attached. Anything you are not comfortable with comes off the list and nothing is placed on a site you have not seen.
  5. Report with evidenceYou get the URL, the anchor, the date, the target page and a note on why that publisher was chosen. It is written to be forwarded to somebody who was not in the room.

Questions we get asked

What is the smallest sensible engagement?

A profile audit on its own is worthwhile and plenty of people stop there. For placements, anything under a few months tends not to tell you much either way.

Can you fix a profile somebody else built badly?

Often, yes. It usually starts with an audit and an unhappy conversation, and the first phase is subtraction rather than addition.

Do you place links to affiliate or YMYL pages?

Sometimes, and it depends entirely on the page. We will look at it and give you an honest read on whether publishers will take it.

Do you work with agencies under white label?

Yes. Reports can go out unbranded or under your own, and we are used to being the party that never speaks to the end client.

Can we approve publishers before you approach them?

You always do. Nothing is pitched to a site you have not seen and signed off. If you want to be involved in the drafting as well, that is fine too.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We can guarantee where a link is placed, that it is live, and that we will keep checking it. What a search engine does with that is outside anybody's control.

About

We started as an in-house team doing this for one portfolio of sites, which is a useful way to learn the trade because you cannot hand the consequences to somebody else at the end of the quarter. When the process worked well enough that people started asking to borrow it, it became a service.

The team is small on purpose. Every publisher relationship is held by a person rather than a database, and there is a hard limit on how many of those relationships one person can maintain honestly. That limit is what caps our capacity.

Niches and languages

The publisher list is deliberately narrow and grows slowly. Every addition is read, checked and usually trialled on our own projects before a client sees it.

Languages we run outreach in

Where we focus

Digital PR outreach

Longer campaigns built around something worth writing about — original data, a strong opinion, a tool. Slower to start, but the coverage tends to keep arriving after the campaign ends.

Content support

If the page you want to build links to is not worth linking to yet, we will say so, and we can help fix it. Building links to a thin page is money spent teaching people the page is thin.

Link profile audit

A full read of what you have, what is doing work, what is dead weight and what is actively risky. You get the audit whether or not you go on to buy placements.

Migration link care

Site moves are where profiles quietly bleed out. We map the old link targets, watch the redirects and chase the publishers whose links broke in the process.

If you want to test us, commission the smallest thing on the list. We would rather earn a larger engagement than negotiate for one up front.
